Warehouse Picking Clerk - Afternoon Shift; Part-time

Overview

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is hiring a part-time Warehouse Picking Clerk for the afternoon shift with differential at the Mocksville, NC facility. The role involves locating and picking merchandise from picking documents and voice pick systems, and supporting both the bulk and stockless departments.

• Locate and pick merchandise from picking documents and voice pick system.
• Stage, check, package, and consolidate merchandise in both the bulk and stockless departments.
• Assist in the stockless transfer process.
• Maintain knowledge of customer needs for custom palletization and labeling; adhere to customer requests according to established policies.
• Report inventory discrepancies and shortages to supervisor; research as needed to locate short product and maintain a high fill rate.
• Complete all paperwork in an orderly fashion according to established procedures.
• Stage picked merchandise in the proper area; adjust as space needs require and report concerns to supervisor proactively.
• Perform duties in both the bulk and stockless departments as assigned, including assisting with stockless transfers, daily order picking, checking, and loading as needed.
• Foster and maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere at all times.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment, including general custodial tasks as needed; follow the cleaning schedule and report damages or disorder to supervisor.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently; report mechanical issues to supervisor and maintain equipment as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
• Excellent attendance history
• Basic math skills
• Ability to perform physical duties including bending, reaching, standing/walking for long periods, pushing carts, and lifting up to 60 lbs (and heavier with assistance); push/pull carts weighing 100 lbs or more repeatedly
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Forklift experience preferred
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Potential travel required
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
