Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Cycle Counter - 2nd Shift - RDC at our new facility in Youngsville, NC.
The pay rate for this position is $19.50 per hour.
Core hours are 2:30pm-11:00pm.

The Cycle Counter will assist the Cycle Count Analyst in performing a variety of duties to ensure the accuracy of the inventory counts and transactions.
In This Function You Will- Complete daily cycle counts in warehouse and production locations and reconcile variances as needed
- Assist in maintaining files and records for cycle counting results
- Utilize problem‑solving techniques and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues or process/transactional problems, and follow up on issues as needed
- Assist in performing daily audits of warehouse and production locations
- Support in counting material in warehouse and production locations to help in COGI resolution
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a warehouse or material analysis environment
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Raleigh, North Carolina will be considered.
- Minimum of one year of experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Strong knowledge of warehousing and manufacturing practices and processes
- Fork lift experience or willingness to learn
- MS Office Applications proficiency with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime when needed
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to drive forklifts including man‑up lifts
- Strong written and oral communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Ability to stand or bend frequently
- Must have good visual accuracy
