Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Warehouse Team Lead – 1st Shift.
The hourly rate for this position is $25 per hour.

What you’ll do:The Supply Chain Team Lead (Warehouse) is responsible for leading warehouse operations and team members within the consolidated warehouse while ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, and efficient material flow to support manufacturing operations. This position collaborates closely with Supply Chain and Material Planning leadership to drive inventory performance, process improvements, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop employees working within the consolidated warehouse.
- Analyze material availability and identify opportunities to optimize inventory levels and support manufacturing lead-time objectives.
- Coordinate and schedule training activities for new and existing warehouse employees.
