As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll help keep the warehouse clean and organized, manage inventory, prepare materials for technicians, and deliver parts and supplies to our field teams. With a competitive pay rate of $16.50/hr

Founded in 1976 and based out of Alexandria, VA, Michael & Son Services, Inc. is a premier provider of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Restoration services throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the Carolinas.

• Receiving, organizing, and stocking parts, materials, and equipment
• Preparing parts and materials for technicians in the field
• Delivering parts and supplies to technicians using company vehicles
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Maintaining accurate inventory
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Assisting with other warehouse and material-handling tasks as needed

This is a permanent warehouse position with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the company.

• A valid driver's license
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent
• A good command of English
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous Warehouse Experience Is a Plus, But Not Required.
