Maintain offices, cubical, conference rooms, restrooms, and or any other office space clean and in orderly fashion. Prepare conference rooms with coffee, drinks, and or food (when required) Maintain Storage areas (neat and clean) Maintains cleanliness of exterior grounds (bay areas, lobby entrances, etc.,) Empty trash receptacles in the warehouse daily at a minimum. Maintain floors daily to ensure cleanliness, no dirt and debris, obstacles and trip/slip hazards.

Post hazard information signs where needed. Maintain materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.

Education & Experience:

Six months experience in a similar role Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate Computer Skills Basic computer skills Certificates & Licenses:
Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program Language Skills English (reading, writing, verbal) Mathematical Skills Basic math Other Skills Clear speaking in order to communicate effectively with vendors/customers Must be able to read and comprehend written procedures and instructions Able to maintain employee confidentiality Physical ability to lift (50lbs), bend and reach Methods in handling materials and equipment used in performing housekeeping duties Work overtime as dictated by business whether mandatory or voluntary.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee rarely is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $14.51 – $18.13 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
