Direct Hire Warehouse Associate I (2nd Shift)
Pay rate: $22.84/hr base rate + $2.00/hr Shift Differential = $24.84/hr total
Work schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Mandatory overtime as needed, including up to 9 hours/day during weekdays and 6 hours on Saturdays)

OverviewThe Warehouse Associate I is responsible for material handling, inventory receiving, cycle counting, product movement, order picking, and shipping operations. Operating in a high-density distribution center, this role requires driving material handling equipment (reach trucks, cherry pickers, stand-up riders), operating at elevated heights, maintaining accurate inventory records, and adhering to strict 6S safety and productivity standards.
Job Specifications- Perform receiving, cycle counting, stocking, order picking, and outbound shipping using standard distribution center workflows
- Safely operate material handling equipment including reach trucks, cherry pickers (order pickers), and stand-up rider forklifts
- Work comfortably at elevated heights up to 15 feet
- Utilize basic computer skills to input inventory data, process orders, and report job status
- Adhere organizational guidelines, safety regulations, and standard visual work instructions to maintain a clean work environment
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior experience operating reach trucks, cherry pickers, or stand-up forklifts required
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 9 hours per day and lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly from floor-to-waist and waist-to-floor unassisted required
- Availability to work mandatory weekday and Saturday overtime as required
