Position: Retail Fulfillment Lead Associate - Full-Time

Job Description The pay range for this position starts at $18.62/hr and is based on the level of relevant experience and qualifications above the minimum requirements for the role.

Full Time: a position working 32+ hours per week. Schedule can vary, but is generally 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Summary:

The Retail Fulfillment Lead Associate assists the leadership team in coordinating day to day operations of the Retail Warehouse. The Lead Associate is trained to work in all areas of the warehouse, including receiving, processing, picking, and delivery of product in company vehicles. This position requires a commitment to providing world-class service in a fast-paced, productive environment. The Lead Associate also provides general support and assistance to the department, leadership, and company.

Essential

Job Duties:

1. Assist the leadership team in coordinating day to day operations of the Retail Warehouse.
2. Support all areas of the warehouse operation, including, but not limited to, receiving, processing, picking, and delivery of product in company vehicles.
3. Prioritize daily workflow and lead the team to completion of daily tasks, ensuring accuracy.
4. Provide world-class internal/external guest service.
5. Assist in training new team members.
6. Communicate effectively with the retail team and other departments.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma (or GED).2. At least six months of related retail experience required. The ideal candidate will have had one (1) year of similar experience working in a warehouse environment.
3. Strong math skills a plus.
4. Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification.
5. Knowledge of the warehouse, retail, and/or inventory procedures strongly preferred.
6. The ability to exercise good judgment and take the initiative where appropriate; should be comfortable with being proactive and troubleshooting where necessary.
7. Outstanding attention to detail is a must; ability to work independently on repetitive task; prioritizes work and adapts as needed.
8. Solid time management and organizational skills.
9. Demonstrated commitment to quality and providing great service to internal and external guests.
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to convey information clearly and concisely, and respond to guest service recovery situations as needed.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently.
2. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours/day); comfortable reaching overhead/down below, kneeling, crouching, stooping/bending.
3. Must be able to climb stairs/ladders.
4. Able to work indoors/outdoors in a warehouse setting with fluctuations in temperature and conditions; may be exposed to dirt, dust, and other particulates.
5. Must have a valid driver's license, and be at least 19 years old; ability to operate both delivery vehicles and forklifts required.#Biltmore Careers
