** Assembly and Packaging Associates
** to join our team! This role involves assembling mechanical components and packaging finished products while maintaining quality and production standards.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Assemble small mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished units according to work instructions and engineering specifications

+ Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment safely and effectively

+ Maintain consistent productivity and meet established production targets

+ Produce high-quality work with minimal defects or rework

+ Follow instructions, procedures, and engineering documentation

+ Package large products according to company standards and quality control requirements

+ Operate lift machines when needed

+ Work effectively in a team environment

* Qualifications:

* + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Good attendance and punctuality

+ Ability to lift up to  
** 50 lbs*
* + Ability to stand for  
** long periods of time*
* + Must wear  
** steel-toe shoes*

** REQUIREMENTS:
** This is an excellent position for someone with mechanical aptitudes. Car Mechanics, good with hand and power tools and also mechanical assemblers of small parts.
