Job Title
Your main duties are to:
• Contribute to the definition of the vision, objectives, and roadmap of Pro Connect, by participating in priority arbitrations.
• Structure and animate partnerships (identity providers, integrators, consumer administrations) and represent the pole in interministerial instances and with external stakeholders.
• Pilot Pro Connect as a product: onboarding journey, documentation, integration kits, support, and governance of evolutions.
• Ensure the level of trust of the product: pilot cybersecurity issues (risk management, incident handling, remediations, ANSSI coordination), ensure the compliance of identity and authentication protocols (OIDC/OAuth2, SAML, MFA, session management), and instruct legal compliance issues (GDPR, responsibilities, contractualization).
• Conduct security audits and approvals, and ensure the robustness of the authentication architecture in conjunction with engineering teams (API, SRE/ops).
• Monitor adoption and quality through key indicators (usage, success rate, connection deadlines, partner satisfaction) and pilot the resolution of irritants.
• Contribute to team management and resources, and participate in the securing of capacity (budget, service providers).
As an assistant to the head of the pole and deployment manager, you are able to represent the pole and ensure its continuity in all circumstances.
Required ProfileKnowledge:
• Mastery of identity and authentication protocols: federation (OIDC/OAuth2, SAML), account management and lifecycle, MFA, session management.
• Solid expertise in SSI applied to identity: knowledge of the ANSSI framework, risk management, approval processes, incident response.
• Good understanding of legal and compliance issues related to identity and access (GDPR, responsibilities, contractualization).
• Understanding of the constraints of an interministerial environment and its stakeholders.
• Technical culture to dialogue with engineering teams (API, architecture, SRE/ops, CI/CD).
Skills:
• Confirmed experience in product management in a context of a cross-platform or large-scale core service.
• Ability to represent an entity externally and to carry positions in multi-actor governance instances.
• Solid practice in risk management (security, compliance, continuity) and continuous improvement (post-mortems, action plans).
• Ability to structure a service offer (catalog, onboarding journey, documentation, SLA/SLO) and to make it adopted.
• Ability to arbitrate (value/risk/cost/capacity) and pilot by indicators.
