Salary$75,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually
Approximately $75,000 - $85,000 annually (accountant-level positions)

- Month-End Close & Financial Reporting
- Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Accounting Administration
- Manage property tax payments and filings.
- Process business license applications and renewals.
- Review and reconcile sales tax and accommodation tax returns.
- Accounts Payable & Financial Support
- Monitor and maintain bank account balances.
- Assist with weekly accounts payable processing and check runs.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support daily accounting operations and special projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous accounting experience; hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Quick Books and other financial management tools is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
