Job Responsibilities
The Division of Community and Continuing Education has an immediate part‑time administrative position at the Thornley Campus. Under the supervision of the division administrative assistant, this position will provide additional administrative support to the Division of Community and Continuing Education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi‑task, take initiative, set priorities, and work independently and collaboratively on a team
- Experience with the Datatel Colleague system (plus)
Individuals must work effectively with TTC administrators, faculty and staff, and all external customers.
Minimum And Additional RequirementsThis position requires a high school diploma with related experience. Candidates with an associate degree or higher with related experience are preferred. The part‑time hourly rate is $18 per hour with 25–40 hours per week.
Preferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be able to initiate and complete duties and special assignments with limited supervision, exercise discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism, and maintain confidentiality. Attention to detail is a must. Individuals must be able to function in an environment characterized by continual changes.
