What Youll Do :

  • Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently for Hyundai and Genesis divisions
  • Review repair orders for proper documentation and compliance
  • Submit claims to Hyundai and follow up on approvals or corrections
  • Maintain warranty schedules, records, and reporting
  • Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure proper documentation
  • Stay current on Hyundai warranty policies and procedures
  • Assist with administrative tasks within the service department



What You Bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and follow'through
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Prior dealership or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
  • A positive, team'oriented attitude
