Job Responsibilities
  • Support binding and issuing new business and renewal accounts, including editing, web searches, and entering loss information.
  • Support executing endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements within defined guidelines.
  • Support processing Broker of Service / Broker of Record requests.
  • Support processing all other defined tasks associated with new product / vertical launches.
  • Assist in mentoring and training new employees.
  • Act as point of contact for agents/brokers and insureds.
  • Assist with special projects and user assistance testing.
  • Primary back‑ups to Team Leads.
  • Customer relations management.
Qualifications / Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge and skill levels acquired through undergraduate level studies in risk management, business administration, finance, or marketing (a plus).
  • Minimum of three years of work experience in insurance or an office environment.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with commercial lines insurance.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to plan and organize.
  • Accountability and dependability.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Focus on quality.
  • Ability to deliver business results.
  • Must partner effectively with Payroll Services division.

  • Basic Life Insurance and AD&D at two times an employee’s annual salary, short‑ and long‑term disability coverage, and Employee Assistance Plan are provided at no cost to the employee.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) accrues 0.0692 hours per paid hour (approximately 18 days per year). Employees also receive 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Salary Range
  • Annual salary: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 (varies with experience, education, and location).
  • Base salary may be complemented by an annual discretionary bonus.
