We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Site Superintendent for a large underground high-voltage project.

• Oversee and manage all electrical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all electrical personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement project schedules, plans, and budgets, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure that all work is being carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met and any issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, resolving any technical issues that may arise during the course of the project.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project activities, including progress reports, safety records, and documentation of any issues or changes that may arise during the course of the project.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to review progress, address any issues, and ensure that all project objectives are being met.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience leading underground electrical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team of professionals.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and oversee complex projects.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary to oversee project sites.
