We are seeking an experienced and motivated Permanent Project Manager specializing in Commercial HVAC systems in the Construction industry. Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of HVAC projects from conception to completion, including design, planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Review work progress on a daily basis and make necessary adjustments to ensure project remains on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
• Effectively manage risks, including identification, analysis, and communication of risks associated with each project.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Strong understanding of mechanical/HVAC construction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management (or similar role), specifically in commercial HVAC projects.
• Proven track record of managing HVAC projects from start to finish.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of commercial ductwork installation.
• Familiarity with construction and project management software programs.
• Previous experience collaborating with job site leadership to meet goals/deadlines.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards of practice, and safety regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
