Summerville Mechanical Inc. is seeking an experienced commercial mechanical superintendent for new construction and renovations in the Tri-County area. Lead on-site mechanical and plumbing activities, manage multiple crews, and ensure safety and quality per OSHA standards.
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Pro Core, and Heavy Bid, with ability to read blueprints and interpret specs. Local work in the Tri-County area; no overnight travel required.
