Construction Project Manager – Healthcare Facilities

• Represent the owner and lead major capital projects from early planning through occupancy
• Manage design teams, contractors, budgets, schedules and regulatory compliance
• Ensure projects support clinical operations and patient safety
• Help drive project delivery, resolve issues quickly and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned
• Act as the single point of responsibility representing the owner’s interests on healthcare capital projects
• Lead project execution from programming through occupancy and post-occupancy evaluation
• Coordinate with executive leadership, facilities, clinicians, and end users to define project requirements
• Manage architects, engineers, and consultants during planning and design phases
• Review design documents for constructability, operational efficiency, infection control, and regulatory compliance
• Facilitate design reviews, user group meetings, and value-engineering efforts
• Oversee construction managers, general contractors, and trade partners
• Monitor schedule, budget, quality, and risk throughout construction
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and codes
• Coordinate inspections, surveys, and approvals required for occupancy

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare construction or capital project management
• Demonstrated experience acting as an owner’s representative or similar role
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, codes, and accreditation standards
