• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on active jobsites
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and construction schedules
• Experience developing look-ahead plans and managing project sequencing
• Knowledge of jobsite safety practices, inspections, and quality control
• Experience managing site logistics, deliveries, and daily field documentation
• Ability to communicate with owners, design teams, inspectors, and trade partners
• Proficiency with construction management and field reporting tools
• Ability to travel to projects throughout the Southeast
• Valid driver’s license

Our client is a commercial construction firm delivering projects across the Southeast, including commercial, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality work. This company is seeking a Superintendent to lead daily jobsite operations and guide projects from mOur Clientlization through closeout.
