A dynamic sales organization in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Customer Account Specialist. This position focuses on supporting existing customer accounts, with no cold calling required. Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of inside sales experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing high-volume inbound inquiries, assisting customers with orders, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fully onsite role with a Monday to Friday schedule.
