Customer Service Representative

Ameri Cash Loans is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily operations and deliver exceptional service at our North Charleston, SC location
.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them throughout the loan application process from start to finish. Responsibilities include answering questions, processing loan applications, handling transactions, and guiding customers through our financial services with professionalism and care.

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with applications, account questions, and general inquiries
• Accurately process cash and financial transactions
• Support sales and promotional efforts to meet daily and monthly goals
• Perform general office duties and maintain an organized workspace
• Ensure a positive, welcoming, and professional customer experience

• Strong basic math skills with comfort handling cash transactions
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel preferred)
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through on responsibilities

• $16.00–$16.75 per hour
