you will be working outside on the curb, checking in passengers for their flights and completing airline compliance training. This position requires the ability and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- This is a Curbside Check‑in Agent, also known as a Skycap, position starting at $15.00 (+ tips).
- Full‑time positions available; must have the ability and availability to work weekends, open availability preferred.
- Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions.
- Must complete airline compliance training within company‑given timeframe.
- Shifts start very early in the morning and continue into the afternoon; 1st and 2nd shifts only.
- Previous 1‑2+ years of Customer Service experience preferred; paid training.

- Starting pay $15.00/hour + tips.
Additional responsibilities include handling and securing luggage according to TSA standards, issuing boarding passes and tagging bags, providing general information to passengers, and maintaining a positive friendly attitude in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Job Duties- Greets guests as they approach the desk.
- Assists guest with check‑in of luggage and verifies flight itinerary and number of bags.
- Inputs guest information, processes bag check‑in, charges for bags.
- Weighs bags to verify weight and charge for overweight.
- Appropriately tags luggage with destination tags.
- Provides boarding pass, luggage claim ticket and receipt to guests.
- Secures luggage after processing.
- Manages payments (credit card) received from guests.
- Answers telephone and guest questions.
- Performs simple addition as needed.
- Maintains positive, friendly and professional manner at all times.
- Organizes and stocks the concierge desk.
- Upholds client guest service guidelines and values.
- Ability to work in early morning rotation.
- At least 6 months experience in a face‑to‑face guest service position preferred.
- Data entry/computer experience preferred.
- Clear communication skills with guests and clients.
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions.
- Knowledge of airline or travel industry preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must pass pre‑employment criminal background screening.
- Must pass pre‑employment drug testing.
- Follow company appearance guidelines.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Pushing luggage cages: empty (~100 lbs) and full.
- Work outdoors 100% of the time.
- Noise levels: continuous vehicle and group noise.
- Stand 100% of shift, up to 8 hours.
- Lift, carry, reach, push, pull up to 75 lbs up to 100%.
- Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling.
- Walk 50% of time.
Employees must maintain a professional business‑like image, appropriate grooming and uniform.
- Men must be clean shaven except for fully‑grown mustache, beard, or goatee.
- No visible tattoos or body piercings; tattoos must be covered.
- Uniform must be clean, well‑maintained, approved.
- Additional requirements as specified by management.
$15.00 – $25.00 per hour (plus tips). Salary range includes hourly rate and estimated tips.
