We’re looking for an experienced Orthodontic Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations, inspire a high-performing team, and uphold our culture of positivity and excellence. This role is perfect for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced orthodontic environment and loves building teams and systems that shine.
What you’ll do:- Oversee daily office operations and ensure exceptional patient experiences
- Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated orthodontic team
- Collaborate with the practice owner on financial goals and growth
- Support patient education on braces and clear aligners
- Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and smooth patient flow
- 5+ years in dental/healthcare administration (orthodontics preferred)
- Leadership experience and orthodontic assisting background
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
- Passion for Smilebliss values: positivity, accessibility, and excellence
