• 2-4 years of experience in a telecommunications mechanic role
• bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline
• demonstrated ability to install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with dod standards and technical specifications
• proficient in interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams for configuring telecommunications networks and associated hardware components
• skilled in troubleshooting connectivity issues and performing routine diagnostics using specialized tools such as network analyzers and signal testers
• possess an active dod secret security clearance
