Struct & Payload Design Engr -Payload Systems Design

Introduction

Join our dynamic team responsible for designing and developing structural and interior payload systems for the aviation industry. Work in a fast-paced environment where you will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from concept to certification and delivery.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical, or Material Sciences)
• 5 years of experience in engineering, including design, integration, and/or certification or equivalent combination of additional education and relevant experience
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

• Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with FAA Title 14 Part 25 and/or EASA equivalent
• Experience in aerospace interiors, materials and properties, design criteria and release processes
• Experience in program or project management, leading project and/or program proposals of varying complexity
• Experience leading a cross-functional team
• Demonstrates good problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Ability to use a variety of media to clearly convey information and ideas to a variety of audiences
• Demonstrated interest in continuous personal learning and development

• Develop, integrate, and document structural and interior payload system requirements
• Manage supplier development, test, and production activities
• Investigate emerging technologies for future product designs
• Validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications
• Support customer configuration development, supplier engagement, and production integration
