navy 3m subject matter expert

we are seeking an experienced navy 3m subject matter expert to enhance fleet maintenance readiness by:

• providing technical guidance on shipboard maintenance processes, assessments, and integrated systems
• collaborating with a dedicated team focused on ensuring the reliability and sustainment of the ssee system
• reviewing and responding to fleet support communications regarding feedback reports to maintain operational continuity

requirements:

• hands-on experience with u.s. Navy 3m maintenance processes or reliability centered maintenance (rcm)
• rcm level ii certification (required)
• ability to obtain and maintain a ts/sci security clearance

desired skills:

• experience troubleshooting c5isr systems
• strong preference for experience with ssee increment e, ssee increment f, and/or tactical cryptologic system (tcs)
• active-duty u.s. Navy experience as a work center supervisor or 3m coordinator
• active-duty u.s. Navy experience as a cryptologic technician maintenance (ctm)
• working knowledge of maintenance index pages (mips), maintenance requirement cards (mrcs), and feedback reports (fbrs)
• prior shipboard maintenance, inspection, or readiness support experience
• familiarity with navy logistics and technical data systems
• security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
• strong problem-solving and technical documentation abilities

clearance information:

src is a contractor for the u.s. Government, this position will require u.s. Citizenship as well as, a u.s. Government security clearance at the secret level with top secret / sci eligibility

travel requirements:
