- Produce, review, and maintain engineering deliverables that preserve the certification basis and continued airworthiness of our aircraft
- Support qualification and demonstration testing (structural, thermal, vibration, endurance, fuel‑system functional and leak testing); analyze test data and develop timely technical dispositions
- Troubleshoot production‑line and delivery issues on‑site in Charleston: support production holds, pre‑delivery inspections, and delivery acceptance

- Maintain and update configuration and requirements artifacts (specs, installation requirements, control documents)
- Support safety and airworthiness activities: update system safety analyses, installation limitations, and airworthiness requirements related to propulsion and fuel systems as needed
- Operate under lead level supervision, work in a team/collaborative environment, and independently drive technical workflows to completion
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non‑US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience in propulsion engineering or engine/APU and fuel system integration
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex cross‑domain problems (structures, systems, certification) and produce implementable solutions
- Experience with configuration management and requirements artifacts (ENOVIA, CSDT, REDARS, ETAC, IVX/IVT, CATIA or similar tools)
- Experience with supplier oversight, supplier drawing reviews, and managing supplier‑initiated design modifications
- Experience planning and executing qualification testing and developing test procedures/reports
- Knowledge of RCCA/BPSM, fault trees, cause‑mapping, and safety analyses
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to convey complex technical issues to multiple audiences
