r experienced in using Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC
) to deliver accurate, constructible, and fabrication-ready models
.
Key Responsibiliti
- esLead BIM coordination for mechanical and plumbing systems from design through fabricatio
- n.Conduct comprehensive reviews of contract drawings and specifications to identify scope, conflicts, and design inten
- t.Develop and manage Revit models for mechanical and plumbing systems, ensuring accuracy and constructabilit
- y.Detect and resolve clashes using Navisworks and collaborate with other trades to maintain model integrit
- y.Produce coordination and fabrication spool drawings, sleeve layouts, penetration drawings, and hanger layout
- s.Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud (AC
C) for issue tracking, model management, RFI linkage, and coordination workflow - s.Collaborate with field, shop, and project management teams to ensure alignment across all project phase
- s.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior designers and drafter

Qualificati
- ons5+ years of experie
nce in mechanical or plumbing BIM design and coordinati - on.
Expert-level proficie
ncy in Autodesk Revit (mechanical/plumbing) and Navisworks Mana - ge.
Proven understanding of HVAC, hydronic piping, and plumbing system design and installati - on.
Experience working with
in Autodesk Construction Cloud (AC - C).Familiarity wi
