Senior Transportation Engineer – Roadway Design

Ready to take the lead on roadway design projects and help develop the next generation of engineers? We're looking for a Senior Transportation Engineer to lead roadway design and plan development for a variety of transportation infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to step into a senior-level role where you'll have a direct impact on project quality, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead roadway design efforts for transportation infrastructure projects
• Oversee project design, plan production, and quantity calculations
• Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff
• Coordinate across disciplines to keep projects on schedule and maintain quality
• Support project management activities and contribute to business development efforts

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of roadway design experience, including strong corridor modeling experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Experience with SCDOT plan production and quantity calculations
• Proficiency with Micro Station / GEOPAK, including corridor modeling
• Familiarity with Open Roads Designer (ORD) preferred
• Experience with MOT, Drainage, PMP, and Signing is a plus
