• Candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature (Annexure).
• When filling the online application, ensure the name of the candidate and relation (father/husband, etc.) match the certificates/mark sheets. Any change may disqualify candidature.
• The candidate’s name in the online application should be as it appears in SSC/SSLC/X Standard Marks Card. If the name has changed, use the name as per Gazette Notification/Marriage Certificate.
• Candidates should fill all fields in the online application.
• Carefully fill in the online application themselves; no changes after FINAL SUBMIT. Use SAVE AND NEXT to verify details and modify if required. Incorrect/false information will render candidature invalid.
• After completion of online registration, take a system-generated print-out of the Registered Online Application.
• An email/SMS intimation with Registration Number and Password will be sent to the email /Mobile Number provided. If not received, the online application may not be considered registered.
• An online application incomplete in any respect (e.g., missing photo, signature, or incomplete fee payment) will not be considered valid.
• Retain a copy of the final online application print-out along with Registration Number & Password for records.
• A candidate should submit only one application. In case of multiple applications, only the latest valid completed application will be retained and fees paid for others will be forfeited.
• Information submitted by an applicant is binding; false information may lead to prosecution or civil consequences.
• The Bank will not be responsible for consequences arising from incorrect and incomplete details in the application.
