The South State Bank is seeking a Post-Closing Specialist to track all closed mortgage loans from disbursement through delivery to investors, ensuring deficiencies are corrected and the servicing system is updated. This on-site role is based at the Charleston Operations Center.
Requirements include a High School diploma and about 2 years of mortgage loan documentation experience;
Encompass experience is preferred.
