Description
* conducting comprehensive analyses of organizational workflows and performance metrics to identify areas for increased efficiency and cost reduction
* developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize business processes and supporting overall mission effectiveness
* preparing detailed analytical reports and strategic briefs for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations
* collaborating with multiple departments to ensure alignment of operational initiatives with strategic objectives and contract requirements
* monitoring ongoing performance and providing continuous feedback for process adjustments to uphold decision-making excellence #li-tf1 filling this position is contingent upon funding requirements
* 10 plus years experience in a management analyst role
* three plus years experience must be with communication systems, networks, or technologies
* master's degree in a related field
* demonstrated capability in evaluating organizational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and formulating improvement strategies in line with dod requirements
* proficient in applying both quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to assess operational performance and drive process optimization
* skilled in developing comprehensive reports and presentations that convey data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
* possess an active dod secret security clearance desired skills
* familiarity with advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., excel, tableau, power bi) to enhance reporting accuracy and operational forecasting
* proven leadership potential with the ability to mentor junior analysts and foster cross-departmental collaboration
* strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively liaising with stakeholders and presenting analytical findings
* experience with process improvement methodologies (such as lean or six sigma) to support continuous organizational enhancement clearance information src is a contractor for the u.s.
