The Senior Data & Storage Integration Engineer blends infrastructure management with advanced analytics to support innovation across complex technical landscapes.
Position Summary:
You’ll lead the design and deployment of resilient Net App storage solutions, develop analytics models to enable informed decision-making, optimize system performance, and drive data protection and integration across enterprise infrastructure. Your work ensures our clients maximize data and storage assets for strategic growth.
- Design, deploy, configure, and manage Net App storage systems and protocols (NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, FC)
- Drive performance monitoring, provisioning, virtualization, and configuration of storage infrastructure
- Develop, maintain, and optimize statistical models, analytics pipelines, and ETL solutions
- Implement and manage data protection technologies (Snap Mirror, Snap Vault, Snap Restore), backup, DR, and consolidation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data movement, capacity planning, and integration with cloud/virtualization platforms
- Master’s degree with 10+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years' relevant experience
- Proven Net App systems experience and familiarity with Net App tools (OnCommand, Active IQ, System Manager)
- Strong scripting (Python, R) and advanced analytics abilities
- Deep knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, and enterprise networking
- Excellent analytical skills and written/verbal communication
- CompTIA Storage+ or equivalent certification
- Experience documenting technical solutions and managing cross-functional projects
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a 24/7 enterprise environment
