Opportunity

As a Scrum Master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s modernizing, securing, and creating efficiency. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a Scrum Master to create solutions that’ll positively impact the Navy.

• Coach a development team to focus on sprint goals and ensure the project is successfully progressed.
• Apply scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems.
• Use tools like Azure Dev Ops or PowerBI to strengthen sustainable process improvements.
• Help the team accomplish sprint goals and deliver the project to meet key outcomes and customer expectations.

• 3+ years of experience with software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management.
• Experience with projects using an Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops and Agile metrics.
• Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience working with On Prem or Cloud Infrastructure technical teams.
• Experience working in Service Now or JIRA.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework.
• Knowledge of Amazon, Microsoft Azure, Google, or Oracle Cloud hosting.

Salary is determined by various factors including location, education, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $ (annualized USD).
