Job Title
Focusing on integrating applications in Windows and Linux-based environment
Working with NIWC stakeholders, development, and support teams to ensure the platforms are integrated, available, up-to-date, and providing support for comprehensive (both automated and manual) software testing, and supporting Agile best practices
Provisioning Windows and Linux servers in both physical and virtual environments
Integrating a variety of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), government off-the-shelf (GOTS), and open source applications within Windows and Linux environments
Installing, executing and troubleshooting containerized applications
Troubleshooting quickly and efficiently in Windows and Linux-based environments
Researching and recommending innovative and, where possible, automated approaches for system administration and integration tasks
RequirementsMust possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance
Minimum of five years of Hardware/Software integration experience in Windows and Linux environments
Experience with virtualization technologies, VMware vSphere or Red Hat Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM)
Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages, such as Python, Power Shell, and PowerCLI
Up to 25% travel may be required
Must currently hold a DoD 8570-compliant IAT II certification (SSCP or Security+ CE with appropriate CE/OS certificate) or be able to obtain within six months
Desired SkillsExperience with working in an Agile methodology environment
Experience Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
Experience with Dev Ops tools (Git Lab, Bit Bucket, Jenkins, Docker, Puppet, Ansible, Artifactory) or similar
Familiarization with Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIGs/CS2) requirements
Experience with software Containerization (LXC, Docker, Kubernetes, ets.)
Experience with Ansible or Puppet is a plus
