On behalf of our healthcare client, we are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst (QM Module) to support the startup and operational success of a newly established manufacturing facility.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on SAP professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys optimizing business processes through SAP system integration, analysis, and solution delivery. The position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient operations within an industry‑leading organization focused on advanced drug delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze, identify, and troubleshoot SAP‑related issues using strong analytical skills
- Document SAP processes and prepare detailed progress and status reports
- Provide SAP end‑user training and ongoing support
- Identify, address, and resolve data integrity issues across SAP modules, including:
Master Data, MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM - Evaluate existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Lead and support process improvement and optimization initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Corporate Business Applications team to deliver technical solutions and resolve system issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of business processes in PP and/or EAM
, including SAP system integration - Proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving problems
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Start Date: ASAP
