THE JOB:The Deployment Engineer will be responsible for generating new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes.
THE STARTING RATE: $24.00 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:- Analyze hardware & software needs for planning of projects and make recommendations based on requirements.
- Generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes by taking a broad perspective to problems, and identifying new, less obvious solutions.
- Document project metrics for presentation to Senior Management, and coordinate tasks for deployments
- Manage project deployments appropriately to deliver upon committed project goals within assigned scope of responsibility.
- Coordinate with outside vendors for project implementation
- Work with end users both pre & post deployment to ensure verification of successful product delivery.
- Develop software automation scripts, and documentation for deployments.
- Ability to train and lead property technicians or contingent workers for project implementation.
- Work on hardware and software issues on company and non-company supported devices.
- Have 6+ Months of prior relevant experience in Information Technology in a similar role
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Has an Associate's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Preferred - Experience working in a similar resort setting
- Preferred - Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues
- Preferred - Knowledge of system and integration level testing
- Preferred - Strong quality assurance background
- Preferred - Basic fluency in command line scripting or higher - A+ Certified
- Preferred - MCP or higher
