Desktop Admin/Workstation Support Consultant

North Charleston, SC, 29406 Duration: 12 Months

Description:

• This candidate will be dealing with Private Personal Information (PPI), Company Sensitive Information, or Credit Sensitive Information.
• Schedule is the candidate required to work: 8am – 5 pm. There is an On call Rotation requirement for this position.

• MUST have experience as a Desktop Technician/Administrator
• MUST be able to troubleshoot and resolve any imaging issues for standard PC’s/laptops, tough books, tablets, etc.
• MUST have prior experience configuring and testing client workstations to utilize VPN access using secure token identification.
• MUST have proficiency in Windows 11/Office
  365 products/Outlook/Teams/One Drive.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Desktop Technician/Administrator

• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalency (Required)
