- Administer and maintain physical and virtual servers, Windows Server environments, and enterprise applications.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Entra , Active Directory, Group Policy, identity synchronization, and authentication services.
- Administer Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
- Support identity and access management (SSO, MFA, role-based access, least privilege).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, wireless, and connectivity problems
- Manage virtualization platforms, storage systems, backups, replication, restoration, and disaster recovery readiness. Monitor server health, performance, storage capacity, logs, alerts, and cloud services.
- Deploy patches, firmware, updates, and security fixes following best practices and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Support system integrations, application provisioning, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting.
- Develop scripts and automation to improve system administration, monitoring, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with vulnerability remediation, system hardening, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Participate in incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities
- Provide advanced technical support and serve as an escalation resource for complex systems issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation, system architecture records, licensing, certificates, and inventories.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and emergency response outside normal business hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
