Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior IT Category Manager to lead sourcing and vendor governance for IT hardware, software and services. You will partner with stakeholders and the Corporate Services Vendor Contracting team to drive cost reduction while managing risk.
You will develop category strategies, run RFPs/RFQs, analyze total cost of ownership and negotiate contracts to enable business objectives across our Hybrid-Flex workforce in the US.
