Floor Technician

Full‑time position (7‑3 p.m. days and 3‑11 p.m. nights). Actively maintain clean and safe flooring throughout the facility to support patient and staff safety and comfort.

Base pay: $19.50/hr – $19.50/hr final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

• Cleans and maintains flooring throughout the facility.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed during floor cleaning.
• May perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing.
• Preferable 1–2 years of experience with carpet and vinyl plank cleaning.
• Prior floor technician experience in long‑term care preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
