The Interiors Responsibility Center South Carolina (IRCSC) is seeking a First Line Fulfillment Manager (Level K) to join our team in Ladson, South Carolina on 1st shift
. This role supports 787 Dream liner program rate and Boeing Global Services (BGS) aftermarket growth.
You will provide oversight & leadership to individual contributors performing in production coordinator roles.
Your role manages teammates in various supply chain disciplines, ensuring safety, high quality and efficient operations. This role involves collaborating and working with various teams to execute safety, quality, delivery, and cost commitments using the Boeing Production system.
Interpersonal and coaching skills that empower the team to complete work safely and with First Pass Quality are vital. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess high level analytical and problem solving skills as well as project management experience.
Position Responsibilities- Manages and integrates employee’s activities across more than one area in materials management/fulfillment and transportation
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, leads, coaches, develops and motivates employees
- Possesses a mindset of safety and quality
- Influences the team to exhibit Boeing Values and Behaviors
- 3+ years of experience in materials management or supply chain management
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal role
- 3+ years of experience advising and influencing managers and non-managers to achieve organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience with team engagement leadership
- 3+ years of experience leading Lean / Six Sigma process improvement activities
- 3+ years of experience with the following or related industry systems:
Kit Integration and Tracking System (KITS), E-Enabled Tracking and Communication (eTRAC), Haztrax, ERPLN, and Crib Master - Experience with safety and quality processes
- PMP certified

Summary pay range: $107,100 - $144,900
