The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring safety, service quality, improving efficiency, and leading team members to meet company standards and goals. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on accountability, continuous improvement, and team development.

• Oversee daily lawn care operations and scheduling.
• Lead, train, and develop field teams.
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and job performance.
• Manage vehicles, equipment, materials, and operational logistics.
• Collaborate with sales and administrative teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive operational improvements and support company growth initiatives.

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and hold team members accountable.
• Commitment to quality and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or service-based operations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background check.
