HWC Custom Cabinetry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. If you are a customer-focused, team-oriented professional with a deep background in residential construction, we want you to oversee the lifecycle of our fine European-style cabinetry projects—from the final design review through production, delivery, and successful installation.
The RoleAs our Project Manager, you are the bridge between vision and reality. You will take the baton from the Sales & Design team as projects head into engineering and carry them across the finish line. You aren't just managing dates; you are building relationships with builders, contractors, and clients to ensure every installation is flawless.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams (designers, engineers, installers) and external partners (builders, clients).
- Site & Precision Management: Conduct critical field measurements and site inspections to ensure proper fit and site readiness.
- Quality & Accuracy: Review jobs with designers for accuracy before release to engineering and oversee execution to ensure HWC’s high standards of quality.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Manage all critical dates, plan labor hours, and coordinate with lead installers to manage onsite labor.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns and implement effective solutions for complex site or design issues.
- Residential Expertise: 5+ years of experience in new construction or residential remodeling, specifically within the Kitchen & Bath industry.
- Management Background: 3+ years of Project Management experience with the ability to manage multiple residential projects concurrently.
- Technical Literacy: Advanced ability to read architectural blueprints and design specifications.

A master of relationship building and conflict resolution with a "win-win" mindset. - Digital Fluency: High comfort level with technology. You must be proficient with laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, with the ability to troubleshoot basic connectivity to keep our cloud-based systems (Innergy & Google Workspace) updated in real-time.

10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays as needed to meet deadlines or client commitments. - The Setting: A dynamic mix of our onsite office, our production facility, and active high-end residential construction sites.
