Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Roofing Division
• Will lead by example as a champion of people while delivering consistent results in sales, service, and profitability through operational excellence
• Determines the nature of profitable versus non-profitable business through precise decision-making and trend analysis
• Conduct monthly report card meetings to monitor team members' sales tracking and professional development
• Review and approve sales pipelines and orders
• Analyze and interpret sales and financial reporting to assess opportunities and provide guidance to the team to consistently meet goals
• Deals directly with corporate office on matters that concern day-to-day branch functions
• Develops plans for increased branch profitability
• Work the production and estimating teams to deliver profitable projects
• Experience building and managing a team of 7 or more team members
• Responsible for building and maintaining morale in the branch
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and sets an example for staff
• Acts as a support line for all departments
• Communicates regularly with vendors to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Ensures that all company policies and procedures are followed
• Promptly communicates all vital branch-specific information to Regional Managers
• Completes all tasks on the Branch Manager's monthly checklist
• Maintains ample levels of inventory to meet delivery and service expectations
• Performs other duties as assigned
