Job Details
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 5 years in leading project manager role.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Skills:

    Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project), and a thorough understanding of construction processes from scope development to project closeout.
  • Responsibilities:
    Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design professionals, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
  • Certifications:

    PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Attributes:
    Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Commitment to safety and quality is essential.
