Job DescriptionJob Type:Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Relocation Assistance:$5,000 paid to those over 80 miles from the site.
- Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) based on business needs
- Read, interpret, and follow technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications in English
- Apply sealant to surfaces per specifications
- Install various aircraft system components (e.g., panel installations)
- Operate mechanical lifts, including ladders, tiger lifts, and snorkel lifts
- Use chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints, and special finishes
- Perform in-tank sealing and structural work within fuel tanks
- Conduct bond and ground measurements
- Perform wash and rework of fuel tanks as required
- Work in confined spaces (training and certification required)
- Adhere to high standards of safety and regulatory compliance
- Aerospace Experience
- 7 years or more experience with application of chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints and special finishes
- 7 years or more experience using software applications for internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite and/or other specialized computer applications.
- 7 years or more experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading, and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications, in English.
- 7 years or more experience in an advanced manufacturing, technical, or mechanical field performing work with basic hand, power, and/or pneumatic (air) tools.
- Must be able to pass background screening requirements
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. export control laws
