About this Position
An outpatient employee health clinic in Dillon County, South Carolina is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a 5-month locum assignment providing primary care to employees and their families. This role focuses on preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management in a structured clinic environment.
The provider will see 12–14 patients per day
, primarily adults with some pediatric patients age 2+. The clinic uses EPIC EMR and offers a stable weekday schedule.
- Provide outpatient family medicine services
- Evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Deliver preventive care and wellness services
- Manage patient care plans and follow-ups
- Document encounters in EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure continuity of care
- Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- 1–3 years clinical experience preferred
- Local candidates preferred
- $75 per hour
- Assignment dates:
