PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Medication Pass Nurse
Interim Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a PRN Medication Pass Nurse. This flexible PRN opportunity is ideal for an RN looking to supplement their current schedule while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Position OverviewThe PRN Medication Pass Nurse will be responsible for safely administering medications, monitoring patient responses, and providing skilled nursing support during designated medication administration hours.
As a PRN Medication Pass Nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:- Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and medication effectiveness
- Maintain accurate medication administration records (MARs)
- Communicate patient concerns and changes in condition to appropriate team members
- Follow all nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- PRN position
- 4-hour shifts - 11am to 3pm
- 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays
- Competitive pay: $38.00/hour

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current RN License in SC or compact license.
- Proficient computers skills and workplace software knowledge.
- Work with people, function well under stress, use clinical judgment, be creative and accept challenges.
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Medication administration experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
