Landscape Maintenance Foreman/Driver – Full-Time
Charleston Grounds Management – North Charleston, SC
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM Start | Fridays Off (Make-Up Day Only if Rain)
Full-Time – 40 hours per week
Charleston Grounds Management is seeking a dependable and experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman/Driver to join our commercial maintenance team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and has experience in landscape maintenance.
You will be responsible for operating with a 2–3 person crew, performing scheduled maintenance tasks on commercial properties safely, efficiently, and with a focus on quality.
Job Responsibilities- Complete mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and blowing at commercial properties
- Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professional in appearance
- Transport crew and equipment to job sites safely in a company vehicle
- Follow work orders and communicate with your supervisor as needed
- Work effectively outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience running or working on a landscape maintenance crew (2–3 people)
- Ability to work in hot, humid, and outdoor conditions
- Physically able to perform hands-on landscape tasks daily
- Reliable, professional, and ready to work as part of a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
