Quality Propulsion South Carolina Team – North Charleston, South Carolina – variable shift!
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to perform meticulous inspections, ensuring that parts and assemblies meet type design, specifications, and engineering standards. You will become a vital part of our close-knit team of Quality Assurance Inspectors, where collaboration is key. We offer comprehensive training that includes hands‑on experience both in the classroom and on the floor, equipping you with in‑depth knowledge of all commodities at our Propulsion South Carolina site.

Responsibilities
- Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.
- Provides objective evidence of results.
- Performs auditing, surveillance, and monitoring.
- Identifies and documents discrepancies.
- Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
- Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
- Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
- Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
- Able to maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job.
- Ability to work a variable shift.
- 1+ years of experience conducting reviews, assessments, and audits of business process documentation.
- 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- 1+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Proficient in CMES and/or Velocity systems.
- Proficient in all forms of NCR and EPD generation (NCR/RGEN/PU/SAT/SRR/PU and RGEN Revision etc.).

ShiftThis position is for a variable shift (shift
4). Variable shift means you will be placed on a shift at the time of hire based on business needs at that time. You will remain on that shift until re‑evaluation is needed.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $55,500 - $65,500.
